You simply subscribe to BT's call diversion service then divert your calls
to a designated telephone number given to you by FirstPoint, and we will
do the rest. All your calls will be answered in the name of your company
and with the salutation of your choice.
You may if you wish at a small extra charge have a freephone number provided
by FirstPoint.
Retrieving your messages
FirstPoint is able to pass on your messages either, as they come in, at
designated times during the day or at the end of the day. Your messages
can be sent in a variety of ways i.e. Fax, E-mail, Telephone Land Line
